Condolence & Memory Journal

My deepest sympathies and condolences to the Goman family. I hope and pray that you find comfort and solace in your memories of Charles, and of others' memories of him as well in the days ahead. I worked with Charles for a short time before he retired, and as another former coworker said, it's always a sad day when our little "band of brothers" grows smaller. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I wish to offer my condolences to the Goman family. I worked with Charles at Bellsouth for 7 or 8 years in tech support. I know he loved Motorcycles and Jaguars and knew much about them. It grieves us all to see our old friendships and work groups becoming smaller.

To Donna and all of Charles' family.

Condolences are so little to offer at a time like this and yet it is all we can do. I do want to convey my sympathy for the ordeal the loss of life brings to us all.

I also want to say Charles will live on within us all. I remember the days sitting behind him at work and as one of the tenants of the Goman Hilton, as are so many of us from the DTAC days. Charles offered us a haven during difficult times

My son also remembers him fondly from riding motorcycles on so many Sunday afternoons when he was learning to ride. He touched so many during his varied pursuits and the world is better for it!

I first met Charles at the DDS hub at 51 Ivy Street. As our jobs changed, I enjoyed working with him over the years. He loved to talk about his cars and motorcycles. May god bless you and your family in this time of grief.
